1. General & Issuer Information
1.1. DEUS DETAIL Gift Certificates (hereinafter "Gift Certificate") are issued and administered by Deus Detail OÜ (registry code: 17568455, VAT number: EE103014582, address: Masina tn 20, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn 10144, Estonia; email: hello@deusdetail.ee; website: deusdetail.ee; hereinafter "Issuer" or "Deus Detail").
1.2. The Gift Certificate is an advance payment instrument confirming the right of the holder to redeem detailing, washing, polishing, ceramic coating, and car care services or products at the DEUS DETAIL studio located at Masina 20, Tallinn, up to the face value or designated service specified on the certificate.
2. Ordering, Payment & Issuance
2.1. Gift Certificates can be ordered online via the official website (deusdetail.ee) or requested by email (hello@deusdetail.ee).
2.2. Upon submitting an online or email order, an official bank invoice (arve) will be generated and issued to the buyer’s specified email address.
2.3. The digital Gift Certificate (in PDF format) containing a unique tracking voucher code is generated and dispatched via email after full receipt of payment to Deus Detail OÜ’s bank account. Upon request, the digital certificate can be emailed directly to the designated recipient with a custom message.
3. Validity Period & Expiration
3.1. The Gift Certificate is valid for exactly twelve (12) months starting from the exact date of payment receipt (issuance date).
3.2. The exact expiration date is explicitly stated on each issued Gift Certificate.
3.3. Upon expiration of the 12-month period, the voucher code becomes automatically invalid and cannot be renewed, extended, or exchanged for cash or other services, unless extended prior to expiration at Deus Detail OÜ's sole written discretion.
4. Redemption & Flexible Balance Usage
4.1. To redeem a Gift Certificate, the holder must present a valid unique voucher code when booking an appointment online, by phone, or upon arriving at Masina 20 studio.
4.2. The Gift Certificate can be redeemed for any active service or product offered by DEUS DETAIL at the time of booking.
4.3. Partial Balance Usage: If the total price of chosen services is lower than the Gift Certificate nominal value, no cash change is refunded (tagasiraha ei maksta). The remaining unused balance stays on the voucher code and can be used for subsequent visits until the expiration date.
4.4. Excess Value: If the total price of chosen services exceeds the Gift Certificate nominal value, the holder simply pays the remaining difference using cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer on-site.
5. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (VÕS § 56)
5.1. Consumer 14-Day Return Right: In accordance with Section 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus — VÕS), private consumers (B2C) purchasing a Gift Certificate online have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the invoice issuance date without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send an unambiguous written declaration to hello@deusdetail.ee within 14 days. Upon receipt of valid withdrawal notice, Deus Detail OÜ will refund the full purchase price using the same payment method within 14 calendar days.
5.3. Exclusion: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal immediately lapses if the voucher code has already been redeemed in whole or in part prior to the submission of the withdrawal notice.
5.4. Non-Refundability: After the 14-day statutory withdrawal window has elapsed, Gift Certificates are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (kinkekaarti ei vahetata raha vastu).
6. Transferability, Theft & Loss
6.1. DEUS DETAIL Gift Certificates are bearer instruments (esitajakaart). Anyone presenting a valid voucher code at booking is entitled to redeem it.
6.2. The buyer/holder is solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of the unique voucher code.
6.3. Deus Detail OÜ is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of voucher codes once delivered to the buyer’s specified email address. Lost or stolen voucher codes will not be replaced or refunded.
7. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Gift Certificates shall be resolved primarily through good-faith negotiation.
7.3. If an agreement cannot be reached, private consumers have the statutory right to submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Commission (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, address: Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn; email: info@tarbijavaidlus.ee; website: ttja.ee) or submit a claim to the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).
